The event producer is responsible for leading large and small scale productions from concept to execution. This role reports to the VP of Production; acts as the liaison with the client; and leads all staff and vendors.
Lead large and/or small scale productions
Manage day-to-day relationship with the client: setting schedules, meeting deliverables, & managing expectations
Develop overall project strategy from concept to execution
Source venues, staff, and vendors
Guide the creative process while working with creative directors, 2D and 3D designers
Guide the technical design and build with appropriate vendors
Budget development, tracking & reconciliation
Vendor management: communications, pricing, value engineering, & managing deliverables
Project Documentation: timelines, schedules, decks, presentations
Execute impeccable onsite operations: scheduling guest flow, BA’s, signage, staffing
+5 Years relevant experience w/ track record of executing successful productions
Excitement to create and innovate interactive social experiences in service of the brand initiative
Knowledgeable of effective experiential initiatives & current pop-culture trends
Strong sense of aesthetic and taste to insure presentational quality from documents to final build
Service oriented to anticipate client needs, manage expectations, and deliver on deadlines
Kind and level-headed under pressure
Superior communication and team management skills
Proficient technical knowledge: fabrication, A/V, graphics, modeling, design, and interactive tech.
High degree of precision in communications, build drawing analysis, scheduling, ops planning, etc.
Excellent computer skills: Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Slides. The Microsoft suite. Keynote.
Ideally some knowledge of: Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), SketchUp and/or other graphics/modeling programs.
Self-starter who thinks quickly and with innovation to solve the challenges of the project
