Job Description: 

The Marketing Strategist will collaborate with the Executive Team and participates on early stage strategy for experiential, live-events ranging from one-off activations to multi-phase campaigns.  Scope includes developing strategy for brand, social, promotion, and event.


  • Develop innovative and strategic marketing plans that support the client’s initiative and serve as the foundation for the event creative to maximize exposure, shareability, data collection, impact, and other KPIs.

  • Develop client- and campaign-specific social content/distribution/audience strategy across major social platforms

  • Utilize advanced knowledge of social media best practices and current trends to innovate exciting methods of audience engagement and loyalty

  • Identify client KPIs and translate into actionable, measurable objectives

  • Employ analytics to provide educated data projections documenting anticipated ROI and KPIs

  • Lead the RFP process by strategically leveraging the full scope of offerings and capabilities to competitively address client objectives

  • Work with the Creative Director to lead initial project ideation to develop comprehensive, cutting edge, and visually stunning event concepts

  • Collaborate with internal creative directors, producers, and graphic designers to create compelling proposals that best communicate and sell the strategy and creative

  • Develop tiered plans to up-sell larger campaign ideas that can increase ROI


  • 5+ years in integrated/brand marketing, creative/social strategy, or other relevant field

  • Highly creative and innovative in methods of disruption, messaging, vitality, and engagement in order to quickly capture audience attention and gain committed brand loyalty

  • A mind with a pandora’s box of ideas

  • Proven ability to articulate the scope of a client’s business challenge and translate data and objectives into well-articulated, actionable ideas

  • Well versed with pop-culture and influencers in art, music, fashion, entertainment, social media, and sometimes sports.

  • Passionate with advanced knowledge of social media best practices and current trends

  • Versed with gamification and methods to employ gaming as a means to gain audience engagement and brand loyalty

  • Ability to communicate abstract concepts while grounding them in data, practice, and strategy.
