Job Description: 

The Sales Intern is responsible for securing meetings and appointments with potential clients and the sale of experiential events. They will report directly to the Director of Business Development.


  • Prospect, establish and research potential OA clients

  • Develop new business while seeking out opportunities to grow existing accounts 

  • Generate sales via appointment setting, local prospecting, social selling, networking and cold calling (monthly goals set)

  • Meet or exceed all predetermined activity and sales goals

  • Assist with all service efforts as they relate to clients

  • Create social media messaging and strategy

  • Effectively follow up with customers and prospective customers in order to build relationships to help drive business and to meet excellent customer service requirements

  • Contribute positively to our team culture and participate in team meetings and trainings

  • Regularly produce accurate updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, outside appointment and event recaps

  • Additional duties as assigned by Director or Founder


  • Detail oriented, ability to develop and execute sales plan

  • Must possess problem solving skills

  • Exceptional telephone / in person presence and client service skills

  • Possess computer proficiency and willing to learn more

  • Positive and collaborative attitude
